Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B clients within the retail and Horeca sector
Maintain consistent communication with clients to drive sales growth and ensure premium service levels
Contribute to the strategic preparation of commercial proposals and promotional schemes
Perform regular site visits to client stores to optimize product visibility and brand presence
Manage the ordering process and provide accurate sales forecasting to ensure timely product delivery
Participate in annual budget planning, monitor progress, and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Partner with the Marketing department to design and implement effective promotional activities
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector
University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Valid driver’s license
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
Ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable business insights
Highly organized with a focus on achieving KPIs and performance targets
A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
