Job Responsibility:
Own and grow a defined customer base, including head office teams, sales teams, and on-trade outlets
Develop and execute account plans across existing stockists and prospect accounts
Build strong relationships with Procurement, Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams
Implement channel activity and marketing initiatives in line with brand strategy
Maintain accurate records, track performance in CRM, and report insights to influence business decisions
Stay ahead of the market through detailed knowledge of accounts, competition, and emerging opportunities
Requirements:
2–4+ years’ experience in On Trade sales, ideally working with pub companies and regional brewers
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Highly organised and able to manage a large geographical territory
Confident, relationship-led seller who can influence at all levels
Field-based, ideally living in or near the South (M4/M5 corridor)
Nice to have:
Have experience collaborating with wholesalers or RTM partners
Already have a strong network in On Trade accounts
Are commercially minded, proactive, and passionate about quality drinks
