Delivering strategic objectives of Key Accounts, protecting and growing total customer volume, and developing comprehensive business, sales, activation, and investment plans

Manage a massive business scope and budget responsibility
Own full Profit Loss responsibility and budget management for assigned customers
Deliver sales targets through the execution of customer sales and marketing plans
Manage trade promotion budgets for assigned customers in compliance with company policies and allocated budgets
Track and optimize core commercial KPIs including Gross Sales, Net Sales, Volume, Trade Expenditure, and Gross Profitability
Develop and implement comprehensive customer business plans within the approved investment framework to achieve annual objectives
Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes with assigned customers
Lead the preparation and organization of Top-to-Top senior management meetings with key retailers
Build strong customer relationships by gathering feedback, responding to business needs, and developing actionable recommendations
Provide timely market intelligence, category expertise, and shopper insights to customers to support category growth initiatives
Identify growth opportunities and develop recommendations to drive category performance
Consolidate and report retailer feedback regarding execution issues and business opportunities
Lead customer-related business development projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to align customer expectations with company objectives
Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record in national key account management
Proven experience in managing major Discounter Channels (e.g., BIM, A101, Şok) is a strict must
Advanced fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree (BA) from reputable universities
Advanced level of MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong expertise in full Profit Loss (P&L) responsibility and budget management
Proven experience in managing trade promotion and trade investment budgets
Solid background in developing and executing comprehensive customer business plans and Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes
Strong capability in tracking and driving core commercial KPIs (Gross/Net Sales, Volume, Gross Profitability)
Experience in leading customer-related business development projects and driving cross-functional collaboration (with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain)
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and lead senior-level Top-to-Top meetings
