Working within our Client Services Team, we are looking for an additional Key Account Manager to join an award winning, rapidly expanding organisation. DCB Legal is a specialist in-house legal practice focussing on debt-recovery, civil and commercial litigation and High Court enforcement. Due to the acquisition of major new Clients, DCB Legal is experiencing a period of rapid growth. Encompassing both DCBL and DCB Legal, this represents an exciting new opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, and target driven. You will be responsible for developing and growing our network of Clients across the Business.
Job Responsibility:
Working with our portfolio of key clients to provide a first-class service which exceeds their expectations
Developing and implementing Client management strategies
Developing Client reports, using data to improve our service to Clients
Resolving any Client queries/problems quickly and efficiently
Ensuring key Client retention, and Client growth
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Key Account Manager role
Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
Proven experience in a leadership role
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
