Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in a sales role
University and/or Master’s Degree
Minimum of 2 years in a sales-driven role ideally within a service provider (HR services, training, consultancy, or digital)
A sharp understanding of market dynamics
An energetic, adaptable, and tenacious personality who thrives in fast-paced environments
Expert-level skills to close deals that create value for both the client and Randstad
