Job Responsibility:
Develop strong client relationships with key stakeholders in the respective scientific field
Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters and ensure timely, successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
Identify and grow opportunities within assigned accounts and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Implement Brand plans and strategies in the sales organization
Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
Monitor and analyze key account metrics and develop performance improvement strategies
Create and present regular performance reports to management and the cross-functional team
Undertake accurate and timely reporting activities, including detailed call records, sales analysis, customer feedback, promotion feedback, and regulatory requirements
Represent company brands professionally, compliantly, ethically, and effectively
Comply with Country/Industry standards on Ethics and Compliance, the Pharmaceutical Code of Conduct, and other applicable regulations and practices
Requirements:
3+ years Pharmaceutical KAM experience
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting customer relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Greek and English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
a degree in (Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals is a plus)
Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager for at least 3 years
Nice to have:
Experience in Neuroscience would be considered a plus
