This role is an individual contributor and will report directly to the National Sales Manager (MT).
Job Responsibility:
Achieve and exceed assigned sales volume, net sales, and profitability targets for the designated key accounts
Lead and execute the annual and quarterly Joint Business Planning (JBP) process, negotiating trade terms, pricing, and promotional calendars for mutually beneficial outcomes
Establish and maintain strong, trust-based, and professional relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the account (Buyers, Category Managers, Operations)
Provide accurate sales forecasts and actively contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and demand planning processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or a commercial function within the FMCG industry
Proficiency in data analysis tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
