We’re partnering with a high-growth, cutting-edge InsurTech, that is transforming how insurers process and evaluate risk through advanced AI and data-driven technology. With strong momentum across Europe, they are now looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to oversee and grow a few key strategic, Enterprise EMEA clients. This is a high-impact, relationship-led role focused on delivering value, strengthening partnerships, and driving long-term account growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and develop relationships with 2–3 large, enterprise insurance clients across Europe
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior and C-suite stakeholders
  • Drive account growth through strategic planning, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead executive business reviews and ongoing client governance
  • Partner closely with internal product, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure best-in-class client outcomes
  • Regular travel and client visits across UK and Europe (to c50%) to maintain strong, in-person client engagement

Requirements

  • c15+ years’ experience within the Insurance industry with P&C & Specialty focus
  • Proven success in managing large, complex enterprise level Insurance accounts
  • Strong understanding of the insurance value chain, ideally with exposure to digital transformation or technology-led solutions
  • Clear ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Commercially astute, with a data track record of growing strategic accounts – not a hunter profile
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of autonomy
