Join SIG as a Key Account Manager, where you'll drive business growth in New Zealand through relationship building and consultative sales. You’ll manage allocated accounts, identify new business opportunities, and develop targeted business plans. In this role, you will establish long-term relationships with global organisations, achieve revenue targets, and enhance our market reputation. We seek motivated individuals who excel in B2B sales, particularly in the FMCG packaging sector.
Job Responsibility
Driving business development in New Zealand, including lead generation, securing engagement with decision makers, developing and presenting solutions
Leading the growth ambition in New Zealand and designing a strategy to achieve it
Deploying SIG value-based selling and commercial tools to win new business
Supporting market gains by selling appropriate products and service portfolios
Developing deep long-term relationships with C-Suite and mid-level executives of key accounts
Primary account management responsibility for New Zealand customers
Developing, maintaining, and following up on business plans and sales targets
Supporting marketing initiatives by securing market knowledge and maintaining strategic account plans
Supporting wider business development activity across the ANZ region as required
Requirements
Preferred tertiary qualifications in business admin, marketing, engineering, supported by commercial business management
Experienced and skilled in sales, organisation, problem solving, and negotiation
Strong networking ability with proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships
Experienced in B2B environment and working with customers exposed to FMCG markets (packaging industry experience advantageous)
