The Key Account Manager (KAM) plays a strategic leadership role in expanding Theramex’s market presence in Mexico by driving profitable growth across priority customers and channels. This role is responsible for developing high-impact commercial strategies, building influential relationships with key decision-makers, and leading complex negotiations that secure sustainable business outcomes. The KAM will act as a trusted business partner, identifying emerging opportunities, anticipating market trends, and championing innovative commercial models that strengthen Theramex’s position in Women’s Health.
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share
Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term customer agreements
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer insights
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and stakeholders
Position the company as a strategic partner through tailored commercial solutions and value-driven proposals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of commercial strategies
Manage sales performance, forecasts, budgets, and key account metrics
Ensure effective demand planning and alignment between commercial and supply chain activities
Deliver annual sales targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all commercial activities
Requirements
Proven experience managing key accounts within the pharmaceutical, consumer health, or healthcare sectors
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a track record of delivering business growth
Good understanding of the Mexican pharmaceutical market, distribution channels, and customer landscape
Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and identify new business opportunities
Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems and MS Office
Knowledge of commercial strategy, marketing, and compliance principles
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Spanish required
advanced English preferred
Willingness to travel across Mexico and internationally as required
