Job Description:

The Key Account Manager will drive business growth and revenues as part of the Customer Success team, focusing on business development, client retention, and direct revenue responsibility.

Job Responsibility:

Build trusting and consultative relationships with customers and provide cost-effective solutions
Work with a mix of new and old accounts, including marketing verified leads
Develop strategies to retain existing clients
Take direct revenue responsibility by engaging in direct sales
Drive the direct growth of the organization
Work in a high-performance and incentives-driven culture.

Requirements:

Any graduate degree or post graduate degree
Engineering Graduates or Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline (advantageous)
Minimum of 6 months of experience and proven track record in account management and business development
Sales or BD experience from companies like Square yard, BYJUs, Just Dial, FedEx, UPS, Cars24 (preferred)
Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities (advantageous)
Excellent client relationship management and rapport building skills
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Process-orientation and business acumen.

Nice to have:

Engineering or Diploma in Logistics
Prior understanding of logistics, freight, or supply chain industries
Sales or BD experience in companies like Square yard, BYJUs, Just Dial, FedEx, UPS, Cars24.
