Job Description:

The Key Account Manager will drive business growth and revenues as part of the Customer Success team, focusing on business development, client retention, and direct revenue responsibility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build trusting and consultative relationships with customers and provide cost-effective solutions
  • Work with a mix of new and old accounts, including marketing verified leads
  • Develop strategies to retain existing clients
  • Take direct revenue responsibility by engaging in direct sales
  • Drive the direct growth of the organization
  • Work in a high-performance and incentives-driven culture.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate degree or post graduate degree
  • Engineering Graduates or Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline (advantageous)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience and proven track record in account management and business development
  • Sales or BD experience from companies like Square yard, BYJUs, Just Dial, FedEx, UPS, Cars24 (preferred)
  • Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities (advantageous)
  • Excellent client relationship management and rapport building skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Process-orientation and business acumen.

  • Engineering or Diploma in Logistics
  • Prior understanding of logistics, freight, or supply chain industries
  • Sales or BD experience in companies like Square yard, BYJUs, Just Dial, FedEx, UPS, Cars24.
