As our Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in expanding our global inventory and strengthening our position as the most exhaustive accommodation search engine on the market. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new key partners while developing and optimising relationships with existing accounts to maximise revenue. You’ll focus on markets in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, and act as a key bridge between our partners and internal teams. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the sales funnel in a fast-scaling startup.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and sign key partnerships with leading accommodation providers and OTAs across 50+ markets
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a clear prioritisation by geography, potential volume, and commercial attractiveness
Own and grow a portfolio of international key accounts, developing strong long-term commercial relationships with decision-makers
Define and execute joint business plans with each partner to maximise monetisation, improve conversion, and secure the best possible commercial terms
Identify opportunities to activate additional revenue levers such as sponsored results, display campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives
Act as the voice of the partner internally, gathering insights on partner needs, market trends, and product feedback
Work closely with the Head of Revenue, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to translate partner opportunities into tangible business actions
Monitor partner performance through clear KPIs, and take proactive steps to improve results and resolve issues
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent
5+ years of experience in revenue growth, business development, or account management in a B2B environment
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets in a fast-moving and international environment
Good understanding of the travel or online accommodation industry
Strong experience in negotiating and closing complex deals, with the ability to develop long term relationships at the executive level
Strategic thinker, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to derive insights and make informed decisions
Fluent in English
