Job Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 SMB accounts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with responsiveness and passion
  • Demonstrate strong consultative sales techniques, including objection handling and conflict resolution
  • Achieve performance KPIs and sales targets
  • Upsell and cross‑sell relevant solutions into the client base
  • Maintain structured, regular communication including service reviews and commercial reviews involving internal senior stakeholders (Heads of, Directors)
  • Proactively renew client contracts
  • Ensure proposed solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to client needs
  • Act as an escalation point for clients when required
  • Reduce customer churn by ensuring clients feel valued and supported
  • Build strategic, trusted‑advisor relationships to help clients improve business efficiency and reduce risk
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing medium to large business accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen
