Job Description:

Great new opportunity for a Key Account Manager (Associate role) to join the Allianz Partners team due to expansion. This role is 100% remote working, but based in Sydney for site visits and client meetings. You'll manage and develop relationships with Allianz Partners and subsidiaries, identifying opportunities for cross selling and ensuring profitable growth. Responsibilities include building relationships, managing projects, and presenting to clients while complying with risk and compliance measures. Ideal for candidates with strong sales, communication, and project management skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Management and Development of the relationships and projects between Allianz Worldwide Business at a local level within ANZ
  • Conduct annual reviews with designated accounts as described and set out in existing and current Annual Review Methodology
  • Maintain regular contact with partner businesses, building strong relationships through the implementation of rigorous Sales Call Cycles and Sales Disciplines
  • Coordinate/have oversight into interactions with designated accounts including commercial reviews, product updates/development, and new product rollouts
  • Build internal relationships to support the effective development and management of accounts and whole of business objectives
  • Assists in executing Allianz Partner’s simplification and standardisation strategies by driving clients to implementing the relevant Service Delivery Catalogue
  • Work closely with Digitalisation, Organisational Management and Allianz Technology teams
  • Monitor and report on competitor behaviors as relevant to the market
  • Create and conduct best practice client presentations and proposals in line with Allianz Partners Sales and Distribution Account Management Framework
  • Manage the continual improvement of report production by working closely with Operations teams to build deeper client insights and value

Requirements:

  • Basic background in a Sales or Account/Relationship Management role within a large commercial environment working towards set KPI's and targets
  • Proven ability to meet and/or exceed KPIs and extensive sales/revenue targets within an account management role or working as a Senior Sales Analyst
  • End to end development of client relationships from first contact to contract and ongoing management including identifying and successfully on-boarding additional revenue streams
  • Can proactively identify potential problems and provide suitable solutions to present this data to leaders which tells a story and can then strategize a path forward to benefit the relationship
  • Exceptional skills in the development and delivery of presentations
  • Excellent with prioritising and managing time
  • Experience with managing project and tenders will be highly regarded
  • Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
