You will be joining a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment. You'll join a diverse and inclusive team contributing across more than 100 unique professions and trades.
Job Responsibility:
Lead regular mine site visits independently and with Bradken teams to identify high-value opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and apply advanced technical and metallurgical expertise to improve liner performance, reduce downtime, and lift productivity
Drive continuous improvement across key accounts by optimising processes, reducing costs, and enhancing product standards
Be a strategic advisor and will use customer insights and operational data to influence product roadmaps, market positioning, and innovation priorities
Execute targeted commercial strategies that expand market penetration, increase customer value, and support the co-creation of solutions that meet evolving industry needs
Provide senior management with data-driven recommendations to anticipate market shifts and guide long-term growth
Own strategic decision-making for key accounts, manage sales budgets and forecasts, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions to protect profitability
Work closely with engineering teams to help accelerate the development of innovative solutions that keep Bradken’s products competitive, agile, and aligned with customer and market demands
Requirements:
Technical trade background or tertiary qualification in Business is desirable with additional emphasis on sales management and/or marketing
Proven experience in customer relationship management and retention, with a strong customer-centric mindset
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key decision-makers
5 years’ work-related experience in Mining or associated markets
