3Shape offers a unique opportunity to work as a Key Account Manager, Brazil, focusing on our Clinic solutions. You will be part of the Brazil, based in our office in São Paulo, and report to the Country Manager BRA. In this role, you have full accountability for sales within key accounts, including resellers and key institutional customers. You conduct sales & product training, as well as proactively generating leads and opportunities to drive sales of 3Shape Clinic Solutions, with focus on the TRIOS intraoral scanner.
Job Responsibility:
Commercial responsibility for 3Shape key accounts in Brazil
Ensure sales execution of 3Shape solutions, in line with 3Shape’s global and local (BRA) strategy and business expectations
Responsible for engaging with clinics in close collaboration with reseller sales reps
Product specialization across the 3Shape Clinic Solutions portfolio, focusing on the TRIOS scanner and the market-leading 3Shape ecosystem
Manage incoming sales leads by qualifying, nurturing, and supporting them in identifying the right 3Shape solution for their needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with local colleagues as well as global colleagues
Be the point of contact for key accounts, focusing on selected resellers, but also other key accounts such as DSOs or government dental institutions, and drive the account management with these partners
Responsible for coaching and sales training of sales reps from selected resellers. Co-travel with reseller reps when relevant to help close leads and motivate/inspire the reseller sales reps about the power of 3Shape solutions
Collaborate with partners on events to promote and drive sales of 3Shape clinic solutions
Drive reseller management meetings to strategize for business development and reviewing business performance
Requirements:
Business Degree in a business-related discipline, or MBA, or a dental education combined with demonstrated sales experience
5+ years of experience in a sales position, preferably in the dental industry
Strong business acumen and demonstrated success working within sales
Strong customer relations skills
Previous experience in key account management with distributors is a plus
Previous experience in a global dental, high tech, medical device or healthcare environment is considered a plus
Public speaking and presentation skills
Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent English
Effective and influential written and verbal communications
Ability to maintain a commitment to customers, clients and employee colleagues providing them with a supportive experience
Ability to cooperate with many stakeholders and build relations – strong interpersonal and communication skills
