Key Account Manager (Power & Grid) for a well-established international company specializing in energy and marine services.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for an assigned portfolio of strategic accounts and key customers, fostering long-term, high-value relationships
Drive and achieve yearly sales targets and revenue goals for the designated customer base
Proactively cultivate a robust future project pipeline, including identifying and tracking high-potential target opportunities
Actively seek and capture first-hand market intelligence on customer operations, maintenance schedules, upgrade needs, and replacement plans to align with the company’s long-term business strategy (MTP)
Manage the full proposal lifecycle: lead the preparation of technical and commercial offers, review/negotiate commercial terms in collaboration with Legal/Contract Administration, and ensure final approvals are obtained
Ensure contract profitability by working closely with the Project/Job Leader to monitor, manage, and control job costs throughout the execution phase
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical, or equivalent qualifications in engineering field
With 5 years of working experience with proven track record in sales or technical sales for power plant
