We are seeking a passionate Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships within the technology ecosystem. Job Responsibility:
Plan and manage the entire presales and sales processes
Create new business opportunities and leads to achieve set targets
Develop effective and specific account plans tailored to each client
Bridge the gap between our technologies and customers’ needs
Coordinate all sales transactions and manage the sales cycle efficiently
Generate recurring revenue from assigned customers
Be responsible for overall account and relationship management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university in a related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in account management within technology firms
Advanced level of English proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of IT products, digital transformation, and emerging trends
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Highly self-motivated, dynamic, creative, and result-oriented
