Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and a certified Great Place to Work in the UK, is seeking a Key Account Manager – Retail & Leisure to join our UK Sales Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and managing strategic partnerships across the Retail & Leisure Industry, while supporting the current Segment Development Leader UK.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage the sales process for Key Accounts, identifying new business development opportunities, monitoring progress and providing constant feedback to the KA Director
Execute key account strategies for your market, develop influencer maps, own relationships, monitor account progress and provide constant feedback for corrective action plans if necessary
Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts to support business planning and efficient operations
Plan and deliver technical training sessions and demonstrations for key accounts
Create reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information, using the company's CRM system
Oversee and lead problem and issue resolution at Unox through effective internal coordination and communication
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in the Retail & Leisure Market
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain connections with professionals in various company hierarchies
Proven organizational, problem solving and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of work time to ensure a constant presence in the market
Candidates must bring a well-developed portfolio of key accounts with a proven track record of revenue generation in the outlined segments
