Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is looking for a Key Account Manager. If you have passion in key accounts management within food service industry, then this role is just for you!
Job Responsibility:
Daily Face to Face visits for active and new Key Accounts
Owns, manages and achieves all sales targets and KPIs (Turn Over, Customers base, Forecast, Win & Retain Funnel, Key Accounts Annual Business Plans…etc.)
Grow Reach and Penetration (Grow Customers base and number of SKUs Per Customer)
Manages, builds relationships, and serves existing/potential customers in Food Service Channel (Restaurants - Local & international Chains under QSR & FSR, Central Production Units, and Catering division)
To become a trusted consultant by providing a complete culinary solution based on a clear understanding of customers’ business and needs
Takes calculated risks to win big with key accounts
To conduct Demonstration for UFS SKUs for customers using top applications
Ability to deal with data (analyze) to create your daily routine/activities in more systematic way as per Unilever’s requirement. i.e. CRM Software (Salesforce)
Creation of new LTOs and innovations with our key customers in collaboration with our marketing and culinary teams
Requirements:
4+ years of solid experience in Key Accounts Management within the food service industry / HORECA, specifically in Saudi Arabia
Strong expertise in managing and nurturing relationships with high-value clients
Solid understanding of the Saudi food service market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic annual plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and growth
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers across all stakeholders (Chef, Procurement, Operation…etc.)
