As a Key Account Executive, you will be the central point of contact for our major customers ($100k+), ensuring their orders are processed efficiently and their needs are met with excellence. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and provide coaching to junior staff to enhance our customer service capabilities.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal teams
Identify growth opportunities and develop new business within assigned accounts
Lead solution development to meet customer needs and resolve service issues
Support branch networks and participate in joint calls with Customer Relationship Managers
Ensure compliance with WHS&E policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in business-to-business sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel and develop industry knowledge
Competence with MS Outlook, Word, Excel
Nice to have:
Preferably with Bearings & Power Transmission products
Power BI knowledge is a plus
