Based in Johor Bahru, this strategic role tasks you with becoming the face of our brand in the Southern region by securing large-scale fleet accounts. You will move beyond traditional sales to architect comprehensive, high-value transport ecosystems that integrate premium vehicles, financing, and long-term after-sales support.
Job Responsibility
Hunt aggressively for new business opportunities to expand our market share across the Southern region
Build and nurture deep, long-term partnerships with major fleet operators and logistics firms
Design custom, end-to-end commercial proposals that blend vehicle sales with financing and maintenance packages
Collaborate closely with internal technical and after-sales teams to guarantee a seamless, premium client delivery experience
Monitor competitor movements and analyze local industry trends to keep the business one step ahead
Manage high-stakes negotiations and complex, long-term B2B sales cycles from prospecting to closing
Requirements
2 to 3 years of proven success in Commercial Vehicle sales, B2B Automotive, or Heavy Equipment sectors
Strong track record in relationship-driven sales and navigating high-value, complex corporate negotiations
Possession of a valid driving license and own transport, with a willingness to travel extensively across Johor for client visits
Prior experience working within a truck or heavy equipment dealership is highly advantageous
