Responsibility for driving sales growth and delivering the company’s business objectives through effective management of an assigned portfolio of pharmacy chains. The role is responsible for building long-term customer relationships, negotiating commercial terms, managing customer profitability, and implementing the sales strategy within the pharmacy channel in close cooperation with internal cross-functional teams. Territory: mazowieckie, łódzkie,lubelskie and part of podlaskiego voivodeship.
Job Responsibility
Managing an assigned portfolio of customers, including regional and/or nationwide pharmacy chains
Delivering sales targets, budget objectives, and key business performance indicators (KPIs)
Negotiating commercial terms with customers, including rebates, trade marketing budgets, marketing fees, and promotional activities
Monitoring the execution of agreed commercial terms and evaluating the effectiveness of commercial investments
Managing the commercial budget and controlling the profitability of assigned customers
Analyzing sales and market data (IQVIA, PEX) to identify business opportunities and recommend growth initiatives
Building and maintaining business relationships with Category Managers, Buyers, Pharmacy Managers, and other key decision-makers
Preparing and delivering business presentations and sales recommendations to customers
Collaborating with Marketing, Medical, Trade Marketing, and Finance teams to execute the sales strategy
Monitoring competitors' activities and market trends
Identifying business risks and implementing actions to minimize their impact on sales performance
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Key Account Manager role within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in cooperation with pharmacy chains
Proven experience in conducting commercial negotiations and managing contracts with chain customers
Experience in negotiating recurring commercial terms, including rebates, trade marketing budgets, and marketing fees
Good understanding of sales processes within the pharmacy channel
Experience in negotiating annual commercial agreements, including rebates, trade marketing budgets, and marketing fees
Very good knowledge of market data sources (PEX, IQVIA) and the ability to leverage them in negotiations and sales planning
University degree required
A degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, or a related field will be considered an advantage
Additional qualifications, such as certifications in Sales, Negotiation, or Trade Marketing, will be considered an asset
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to analyze sales and market data and translate insights into business recommendations
Practical knowledge of IQVIA and PEX databases
Ability to manage commercial budgets and customer profitability
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong business and results orientation

Excellent presentation and communication skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Fluent Polish
