We are currently looking for an experienced Key Account Manager for a leading multinational (MNC) player in the FMCG food space. This position gives you the opportunity to take full ownership of the total Local Key Account (LKA) channel.
Job Responsibility:
Take full ownership of the commercial performance for your LKA portfolio, with clear execution to achieve and exceed sales, distribution, and operational goals
Strategically devise annual joint business plans, leading all key trade negotiations and crafting impactful promotional calendars to drive growth
Cultivate and deepen strategic partnerships with key buyers and senior stakeholders, acting as the primary and trusted point of contact for all commercial matters
Collaborate closely with internal marketing and supply chain teams to ensure flawless in-store execution, optimal on-shelf availability, and effective inventory management
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of FMCG key account management experience
Experience managing LKA accounts such as Econsave, Mydin and/or TF Value is highly desirable
Detail-oriented and strategic thinker with strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
