Job Responsibility:

Ensure client satisfaction through prompt conflict resolution and proactive service enhancement
Requirements:
2-5 years experience in b2b sales
Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability
Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing in Greek and English
Strong organizational skills
University and/or Master Degree
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
2 years experience in a sales-driven role in a service provider company (training, HR services, consultancy, digital)
Strong business understanding & technical aptitude
Enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Results-orientated, high energy, focused, adaptable, tenacious, a good listener
Adept in conflict resolution with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities
Masterful negotiation skills to close deals that resonate with both clients and Randstad
