We are currently looking for an experienced Key Account Manager for an APAC-leading player in the FMCG snacks space. This position focuses on driving high-volume commercial growth across major retail and convenience channels. Job Responsibility:
Manage and drive business growth across critical retail channels, specifically focusing on Local Key Accounts (LKAs) OR Convenience Stores (CVS)
Develop, negotiate, and execute strategic Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and trading terms with major retailers to maximize brand visibility, share of shelf, and sales volume
Operate as a highly effective sole contributor, taking full ownership of your dedicated channels from high-level HQ negotiations down to trade promotion execution
Analyze sales data, track ROI on trade spends, and monitor competitor activities to outmaneuver rivals in the highly competitive snacking/F&B category
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of FMCG key account management experience
Direct experience handling Food & Beverage (F&B) products, snacks, or confectionery is essential
Deep network and hands-on operational experience managing Local Key Accounts (LKAs) OR Convenience Store (CVS) channels
Detail-oriented and strategic thinker with strong negotiation, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
