Job Responsibility:

  • Achieving sales targets by managing an existing client portfolio and identifying new business opportunities
  • Developing and regularly updating sales plans, including KPI monitoring and performance reporting
  • Preparing offers and quotations in cooperation with technical, supply chain, and finance teams
  • Negotiating commercial terms and conditions
  • Analyzing the market, competitors, and trends, and recommending development actions
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, including independent management of international commercial negotiations
  • Experience in selling technically complex products
  • Background in working with clients from related industries such as mechanical, engineering, metal processing, industrial installations, or electrical engineering
  • Good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical concepts, including the ability to read technical documentation
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and planning skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Very good command of English, enabling participation in business meetings
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and self-driven attitude
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
