We are looking for a Key Account manager Vaccines to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. As a Key Account Manager, you will be the face of GSK towards healthcare professionals in your territory, creating and maintaining mutual beneficial partnerships for patients, healthcare professionals and GSK. By representing best-in-class medicines, you will challenge the status quo, work with multiple brands and be a key contributor in improving patient outcomes in Norway. This role is field-based which means you will spend most of your working time in-field with your customers in all areas of your territory.
Job Responsibility:
Promote vaccines a portfolio of Vaccines products in your assigned territory to GP and specialists
Utilise a variety of omnichannel content and tools to increase customer engagement
Be an integrated part of the cross-functional team to fully leverage opportunities and mitigate challenges
Utilize different data points to drive improved performance of your activities
Constantly evaluate, give and seek feedback to and from cross functional team to adjust content, sales techniques, activity planning and engagement with customers
Receive coaching and support from business manager / business unit head and larger GSK organization
Ensure compliance with laws, codes of conduct, policies, and frameworks in which GSK operates, while embodying our vision, values, and expectations
Requirements:
Experience in sales from the Pharma, MedTech or Biotech industry, and/or experience in healthcare (e.g., Nurse, Pharmacist)
Ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with customers
Fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written. Professional level English
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to different regions of Norway having regular touchpoints in Oslo
Nice to have:
Experience in promoting pharmaceutical products / vaccines to specialists such as pulmonologists, cardiologists, endocrinologists and rheumatologist
Experience in vaccines
Experience in planning events for HCPs with external speakers
Strong selling skills – great communicator, growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, influential and proactive
Analytical skills
