We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sales team, focusing on the UK and international Real Estate sector. This role is all about building, growing, and maximising high-value client relationships - with a strong emphasis on winning business for the BREEAM family of products, while identifying cross-sell opportunities across the wider BRE portfolio. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key Real Estate accounts, driving revenue from existing clients
  • Lead client-level Key Account Management, with a primary focus on selling the BREEAM family of products and identifying cross-sell opportunities across the wider BRE portfolio
  • Develop and execute account and sector strategies, including business planning and pipeline management
  • Generate new business through targeted prospecting, warm outreach, and collaboration with the Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities to support current and future revenue targets
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver coordinated sales activity, including events, campaigns, and client engagement initiatives
  • Monitor performance against sales targets and contribute to the delivery of the wider sales strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a consultative sales or Key Account Management role, preferably within Real Estate or Construction
  • Experience selling to large organisations and engaging with C-suite or senior stakeholders
  • Track record of growing accounts and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong relationship management skills and experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines
  • Structured and creative approach to sales planning, forecasting, and account development
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
