As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (sales) to focus on growing business within the public sector and who combines commercial drive, analytical thinking and relationship-building skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution; someone who is motivated by targets, has experience in communicating with potential customers in municipalities, prefectures and public bodies. You will have the opportunity to work on complex client projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute directly to business growth and market expansion.

Job Responsibility

  • Engage with top (local) governmental client to identify, generate and nurture new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales and margin targets
  • Create strategic partnerships with prospective governmental clients
  • Build and reinforce client relationships
  • Engage with internal stakeholders for the sales and bid process (recruiting and sales strategies, delivery, estimation, legal)
  • Monitor and steer commercial planning of the accounts
  • Identify new growth markets for new business opportunities

Requirements

  • University and/or Master Degree
  • Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability
  • 2 -5 years experience in a sales-driven role in the public sector
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing in Greek and English
  • Experience in tendering and bid proposal, using ESIDIS platform
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business understanding & technical aptitude
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Results-orientated, high energy, focused, adaptable, tenacious, a good listener
  • Adept in conflict resolution with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities
  • Masterful negotiation skills to close deals that resonate with both clients and Randstad
