Job Responsibility:
Manage existing hospital accounts and actively develop new business
Advise customers based on strong medical expertise and hands‑on OR experience
Demonstrate and position products, including CPT sets, and translate clinical needs into commercial solutions
Deliver customer training and education to ensure correct product implementation
Develop and execute strategic account plans and support tender processes
Collaborate closely with the Inpatient team to achieve growth and revenue targets
Requirements:
Medical education/background (e.g., nurse, OR assistant, or other clinical profile)
Proven experience in the operating theatre (OR)
In‑depth knowledge of CPT sets and their clinical use
At least 5 years of experience in a commercial hospital role (Key Account Manager or similar)
Strong experience with tender management and hospital funding structures
Excellent commercial skills: prospecting, pipeline development, negotiation, and closing
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
Solid skills in planning, reporting (Excel, CRM), and presenting
Nice to have:
Experience with medical device distributors or medtech suppliers
Experience working in multidisciplinary hospital environments
