Job Responsibility:

  • Manage existing hospital accounts and actively develop new business
  • Advise customers based on strong medical expertise and hands‑on OR experience
  • Demonstrate and position products, including CPT sets, and translate clinical needs into commercial solutions
  • Deliver customer training and education to ensure correct product implementation
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and support tender processes
  • Collaborate closely with the Inpatient team to achieve growth and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Medical education/background (e.g., nurse, OR assistant, or other clinical profile)
  • Proven experience in the operating theatre (OR)
  • In‑depth knowledge of CPT sets and their clinical use
  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial hospital role (Key Account Manager or similar)
  • Strong experience with tender management and hospital funding structures
  • Excellent commercial skills: prospecting, pipeline development, negotiation, and closing
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Solid skills in planning, reporting (Excel, CRM), and presenting

Nice to have:

  • Experience with medical device distributors or medtech suppliers
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary hospital environments
