Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented Key Account Manager to build trusted relationships with clients in our portfolio and to turn potential leads into loyal customers. If you enjoy talking to people and adapting to different types of responsibilities, this role is for you. You’ll stay in close contact with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • You identify potential clients both from existing databases and through your own research
  • You expand the client portfolio and develop new strategic partnerships
  • You contact clients via email and phone to set up meetings
  • You identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • You process client orders and, when necessary, adjust them according to specifications
  • You build and maintain a database and generate relevant reports with information about your clients: their needs, development plans, most frequent orders, etc.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales
  • Strong presentation, communication, and active listening skills to easily identify customer needs
  • Ambition and motivation to meet your sales targets
  • Ability to create and deliver client presentations
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Experience working with CRM systems

Nice to have:

  • Technical knowledge in IT (hardware and software)
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Category B driving license
