Job Responsibility:
Monitor and anticipate market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide insights for strategic planning
Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, advising on solutions and building long-term, trustful relationships
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders to implement new projects successfully
Develop and maintain relationships at all organizational levels with customers and retailers to seize new project opportunities
Prepare, submit, and negotiate customer proposals, ensuring internal approvals and final pitches are aligned with company objectives
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with customers to maximize profitability
Oversee project implementation, including packaging material orders, deliveries, and payment tracking
Contribute to annual budgeting, S&OP cycles, and forecast development
Drive entry into new categories, increase technological solution adoption, and expand the customer base
Utilize SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office tools to monitor KPIs, track results, and generate actionable insights
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
6–10 years of professional experience in sales or project management, ideally in packaging, food industry, or B2B System Model Business
Proven track record in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in multinational and SME environments
Experience leading or implementing Digital Transformation initiatives
Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office
able to autonomously derive insights from data
Native or fluent Spanish
fully fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and execute projects effectively
