Job Responsibility
Take full commercial ownership of driving profitable volume growth, product distribution, and market share across international key accounts (IKAs), focusing heavily on hypermarkets
Develop, negotiate, and execute high-impact Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to align organizational targets with key customer growth strategies
Strategize and implement consumer-facing promotional playbooks, shelf-space placement, and optimized pricing structures to accomplish robust organic volume growth
Measure, track, and perform rigorous data analytics on key account metrics to deliver actionable commercial insights and concrete action plans to management
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree
Minimum 3 years of FMCG Key Account Management experience handling mass-volume accounts
Hypermarket channel experience (Mydin, Giant, Lotus's, etc.) is highly desirable
Detail-oriented and strategic thinker with strong data analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
