Job Responsibility
Managing, maintaining, and aggressively growing the business portfolio within the food industry across the North China region
Building professional relationships with key corporate decision-makers, continuously assessing and validating client needs to maximize loyalty, account value, and satisfaction
Implementing annual sales plans, managing operational targets (including cross-selling, portfolio management, and securing new business areas), and formulating dynamic customer development plans
Securing and driving client projects from inception to completion—tracking samples, managing quotes, negotiating contracts, and aligning local interests with global organizational standards
Integrating client needs smoothly into internal processes, coordinating complaint resolutions, and consistently optimizing organizational structures in alignment with leadership.
Requirements
8+ years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within the food ingredients sector
Strong familiarity with dairy enterprises and the broader food manufacturing landscape in the North China region is highly preferred
College degree or above
a degree in Food Science or a related technical discipline is a distinct advantage
Excellent professional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Solid written English capabilities to effectively navigate documentation and global project alignment
