Job Responsibility:
Find and sign new customers while strengthening ties with existing ones to drive revenue
Follow the sales strategy to consistently meet or beat your monthly and yearly goals
Create and manage clear growth plans for the most important accounts to ensure success
Manage daily communication with clients to build loyalty and solve any issues quickly
Keep an eye on global trends and what competitors are doing to help us stay ahead
Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from negotiating deals and resolving issues to managing project execution
Requirements:
Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and spoken)
Bachelor's degree will be an asset
A minimum of 2 years of experience in food exports
Previous experience in managing export-related projects
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
A results-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach to work
