Exciting opportunity in the sweet world of HARIBO! Working closely with other Sales colleagues, you'll contribute to managing and developing strategic relationships with major retail partners to drive sustainable growth. This role ensures the effective execution of commercial plans, key initiatives within the market.
Job Responsibility:
Managing and developing strategic relationships with major retail partners to drive sustainable growth
A portfolio of retail customers from the traditional (independent) market (mainly wholesalers)
Developing cooperation and business relationships with these customers, maximizing business development opportunities
Preparation of annual customer plans and evaluation of their fulfillment / ensuring the domestic market share and achieving the sales target
Analyzing sales data, optimizing sales volumes, and presenting results to company management
Creating and commercial implementation of action plans, secondary placement plans
Conducting business negotiations with customers and coordinating annual contracts
Monitoring competitive activities and the behavior of customers and end consumers
Visiting customers in person (if necessary)
Planning, coordinating, and evaluating marketing activities for given customers
Monitoring customer payment behavior
Forecasts preparation & evaluation
Presenting new products and promotions, listing new products
Resolving complaints in cooperation with the finance and customer care departments
Requirements:
University degree in Business/Marketing Administration (or similar field)
Several years (3+ years) in a similar position of sales / field sales experience, with profound knowledge of the Czech market
Strong communication skills in Czech/Slovak are essential
Fluency in written and spoken English (min B2) is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a basic requirement, esp. MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Willingness to work in an office position in Brno with occasional trips to visit customers
Nice to have:
Experience within the FMCG market, esp. in annual negotiations with domestic chains / wholesalers
German language skills
