Join our energetic Cloud Sales team as a Key Account Manager, where you’ll drive growth, build lasting partner relationships, and play a key role in shaping our strategic success. Join our high-performing Cloud Sales team as a Key Account Manager and take the lead in driving real growth. In this hybrid role, you'll work alongside a team of field-based Key Account Managers and report directly to the Cloud Sales Manager. Your mission? To own and grow a portfolio of ambitious cloud partners accounts - boosting retention, deepening relationships, and unlocking new revenue opportunities. Please note, this role is field based with the expectation to travel to visit partners and attend events as well as collaborating with the wider cloud sales team in our Bristol office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of 50–60 cloud partners, acting as their main point of contact
  • Drive retention and revenue growth by deepening relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Guide partners through cloud adoption and introduce new product solutions
  • Support go-to-market activities, including campaigns and partner enablement
  • Champion partners internally and with suppliers to unlock funding and program benefits
  • Track performance, manage pipelines, and report progress to the Cloud Sales Manager
  • Attend industry events and partner workshops to stay connected and ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate on GTM plans and regularly review progress in QBRs
  • Engage high-potential accounts to boost cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Ensure partners leverage core cloud offerings, training, and support programs
