We are seeking a Key Account Manager to lead the adidas Apparel business on Amazon, building strategies that deliver growth, elevate consumer experiences, and strengthen brand presence across one of the most influential platforms in the world. This is more than a sales role—it’s a chance to shape how consumers experience adidas apparel through one of the world’s largest digital retailers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and execute strategic sales plans that align account goals with adidas objectives
  • Drive account growth by analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and applying innovative sales tactics
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to deliver impactful sell through programs
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and key account partners
  • Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and insights to support business decisions
  • Implement product and brand direction for apparel categories on Amazon
  • Lead sell in and sell through, collaborating with merchandising and retail activation teams to achieve profitable growth and ensure adidas is represented with excellence

Requirements:

  • Four year degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred
  • Minimum eight years of field sales experience with key accounts in consumer goods
  • Sporting goods industry experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of retail metrics and financial data to influence outcomes
  • Ability to develop logical assortment plans based on space, inventory, and sell through
  • Skilled in negotiation and influencing across internal and external teams
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills across business levels
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
