We are looking for experienced Ag-Insurance specialists (or GI specialists) to manage and grow our largest farm portfolios across in NSW. This role is about direct sales and relationship management with high-value agricultural clients.
Job Responsibility:
Direct Sales: Manage and win large-scale farm accounts and agribusiness portfolios
Portfolio Growth: Identify and secure new business from major players in the ag sector
Client Strategy: Provide tailored insurance solutions for complex broadacre, livestock, and specialized operations
Autonomy: Manage your own book of business with no micromanagement
Requirements:
4-5 years in General Insurance (Farm and Commercial experience is essential)
Proven ability to open doors and close deals with large-scale operators
A straight-shooter who can talk shop with farmers and deal effectively with brokers
Someone who knows the industry and is ready to hit the ground running
Nice to have:
Farm insurance exp is a plus
