Develop and Implement Key Account/Channel (Modern Trade) sales for Bosch Home Appliances for the allocated accounts as well as expand distribution network by opening new stores / channels. Manage sellout tools – schemes, sales promotions, promoters and provide strategic sales leadership. Create and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow Bosch business in Indonesia. Provide the planning and leadership to the Promoters by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the Business Plan.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree in Business or Marketing is an added bonus
Worked in an international company in a sales or business development function, preferably in the Domestic Appliances industry or Consumer Electronics min 7-10 years
Exposure to Modern Trade channel is a must. Knowledge of Built-in business is an added bonus
Fluent in written and spoken English + Bahasa
Computer Skills - MS Office proficient
Specific knowledge of both analytic and creative skills, leadership and coaching skills, interpersonal communication, presentation skills, multi-tasking ability in a fast pace working environment
