We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our Health & Beauty (H&B) retail channels, with a key focus on Olive Young and other major beauty retailers. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, account management, and in-store execution, working closely with buyers and cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibility
Manage key H&B retail accounts, including Olive Young and similar beauty chains
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
Handle day-to-day communication with retail partners
Monitor and analyze daily sales performance
Manage product listings, pricing setup, and assortment planning
Ensure optimal stock availability and sell-through
Plan and execute in-store promotions and campaigns
Enhance shelf visibility and merchandising execution
Drive sales through retail activations and initiatives
Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution
Ensure alignment on product launches, promotions, and inventory
Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Support planning of competitive strategies
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Field Sales, or related roles
(open to up to 3–6 years depending on experience level)
Experience in Beauty & Wellness, FMCG, or Retail channels preferred
Hands-on experience in: Account management
In-store execution
Sales tracking and reporting
Strong communication skills with ability to manage external buyers and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis
Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven mindset
