Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our Health & Beauty (H&B) retail channels, with a key focus on Olive Young and other major beauty retailers. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, account management, and in-store execution, working closely with buyers and cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage key H&B retail accounts, including Olive Young and similar beauty chains
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
  • Handle day-to-day communication with retail partners
  • Monitor and analyze daily sales performance
  • Manage product listings, pricing setup, and assortment planning
  • Ensure optimal stock availability and sell-through
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions and campaigns
  • Enhance shelf visibility and merchandising execution
  • Drive sales through retail activations and initiatives
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution
  • Ensure alignment on product launches, promotions, and inventory
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Support planning of competitive strategies

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Field Sales, or related roles
  • (open to up to 3–6 years depending on experience level)
  • Experience in Beauty & Wellness, FMCG, or Retail channels preferred
  • Hands-on experience in: Account management
  • In-store execution
  • Sales tracking and reporting
  • Strong communication skills with ability to manage external buyers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven mindset
  • Business-level English communication skills
