Job Responsibility:

  • Drive Growth: Develop & implement bold e-commerce strategies to double category growth over the next 1-3 years
  • Lead & Influence: Work cross-functionally with Supply, Marketing & Finance to deliver seamless execution
  • Full P&L Ownership: Take control of budgets, performance metrics & strategic investment
  • Category Leadership: Use digital-first insights to drive shopper engagement & online conversion
  • Innovation & Future-Forward Thinking: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions
  • Be a driving force in shaping and executing the digital commerce strategy across Pureplay Accounts and Grocery.com
  • Work closely with the Head of E-Commerce, owning key strategic initiatives and making a direct impact on sales, category growth, and digital performance
  • Contribute to the wider strategic agenda and success of the Business
  • Helping refine and implement the business strategy to ensure this maximises sustainable category growth across key Customers

Requirements:

  • FMCG or Consumer Goods Account Management experience, ideally within E-Commerce (Grocery.com, Pureplay, Q-Commerce)
  • Open to candidates from traditional FMCG channels (Grocery, Wholesale, Convenience, OOH) with a passion for e-commerce
  • Retail backgrounds with hands-on digital experience or currently operating in Buying/Commercial are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong commercial acumen, a growth mindset, and the ambition to make a real impact
  • Candidates must have high levels of Commercial & Financial Acumen
