Job Description:

As a Key Account Leader, you will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets within your region. You will work with a selected portfolio of Front Line Care products ( Monitors - CSM, ECG, stress test systems, diagnostics, blood pressure device, otoscopes, ophthalmoscopes, exam lights & more) and lead the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities, through presenting solutions, to post‑installation support. You will closely collaborate with customers, distributors, and internal teams, ensuring successful product adoption and long‑term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with hospitals, managing complex projects, and building strong clinical and commercial partnerships.

  • Manage the full sales process for your assigned product group
  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinical leaders, procurement, and distributors
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training
  • Support customers before and after installation
  • Act as project manager for large tenders or complex implementations
  • Lead product training for distributor sales teams
  • Develop reference sites and clinical champions
  • Monitor competition and identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

  • University degree
  • Combined sales experience in the Medical Equipment industry/Capital Investment milieu
  • Established record of delivering sales goals and quotas
  • Full knowledge about clinical workflow in hospital environment
  • Ability to multi-task, and manage/triage priorities with minimal guidance from manager
  • Established ability to independently troubleshoot technical and operational issues for the full range of assigned products
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort in technical discussions and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability and willingness to travel a minimum of 80%
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
