Job Description:

As a Key Account Leader, you will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets within your region. You will work with a selected portfolio of Front Line Care products ( Monitors - CSM, ECG, stress test systems, diagnostics, blood pressure device, otoscopes, ophthalmoscopes, exam lights & more) and lead the full sales cycle — from identifying opportunities, through presenting solutions, to post‑installation support. You will closely collaborate with customers, distributors, and internal teams, ensuring successful product adoption and long‑term partnerships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and deliver annual sales targets in your region
  • manage the full sales process for your assigned product group
  • build strong relationships with hospitals, clinical leaders, procurement, and distributors
  • provide product demonstrations, presentations, and training
  • support customers before and after installation
  • act as project manager for large tenders or complex implementations
  • lead product training for distributor sales teams
  • develop reference sites and clinical champions
  • monitor competition and identify new opportunities
  • work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • combined sales experience in the Medical Equipment industry/Capital Investment milieu
  • established record of delivering sales goals and quotas
  • full knowledge about clinical workflow in hospital environment
  • ability to multi-task, and manage/triage priorities with minimal guidance from manager
  • established ability to independently troubleshoot technical and operational issues for the full range of assigned products
  • strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
  • comfort in technical discussions and troubleshooting
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • ability and willingness to travel a minimum of 80%
  • ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • unrestricted driver’s license
