Job Responsibility:
Build strong relationships with discount retailers and cross‑functional internal teams
Support the National Manager in developing and deploying national customer strategy plans
Define local promotional plans and manage the listing of innovations
Define product assortment and volume forecasts, proposing revisions when needed
Monitor in‑store execution to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented activities
Analyze and report sales data (sell‑in and sell‑out) and monitor budget
Profit & Loss analysis, including management of customer trade margins and net‑net turnover
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
3+ years of experience in Sales and Category
Availability to travel to customers
Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to create reports and analyze sales data
Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong adaptability, flexibility, and entrepreneurial spirit
Proactive attitude and strong results orientation
Willingness to learn and embrace new tools, technologies, and methodologies
