Job Responsibility:

  • Build strong relationships with discount retailers and cross‑functional internal teams
  • Support the National Manager in developing and deploying national customer strategy plans
  • Define local promotional plans and manage the listing of innovations
  • Define product assortment and volume forecasts, proposing revisions when needed
  • Monitor in‑store execution to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented activities
  • Analyze and report sales data (sell‑in and sell‑out) and monitor budget
  • Profit & Loss analysis, including management of customer trade margins and net‑net turnover

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales and Category
  • Availability to travel to customers
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to create reports and analyze sales data
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong adaptability, flexibility, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proactive attitude and strong results orientation
  • Willingness to learn and embrace new tools, technologies, and methodologies
