We are looking for a motivated Key Accounts Executive who will support and manage selected customers while learning the full scope of a Key Account Manager (KAM) role. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a fully independent KAM and is ready to take ownership of projects, processes, and customer collaboration. You will play a key part in strengthening partnerships with our customers, driving internal collaboration, ensuring flawless execution of promotions, and contributing to sustainable sales growth.
Job Responsibility:
Handle monthly administrative tasks
Prepare materials for internal and customer meetings
Develop your competencies through your Individual Development Plan and actively learn the full KAM agenda
Build and nurture strong relationships with key customer contacts across departments (marketing, management, finance)
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enhance customer service, streamline cooperation, and achieve shared goals
Present confidently to both customers and internal management
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in your assigned agenda
Suggest and support innovative ideas that enhance customer development and internal workflows
Manage the execution of promotional activities: system setup, communication with customers, tracking and evaluation
Cooperate with project teams, master data, and demand planning to ensure correct product information internally and externally
Ensure all data is up to date on the customer’s online platforms (WEB)
Manage EDI communication processes with customers
Perform additional tasks as requested by your manager
Monitor promo budget spending and resolve discrepancies with the customer’s purchasing team
Take ownership of your dedicated area (customer format / channel / specific promo agenda) including planning, execution, reporting, and evaluation
Contribute to annual sales planning and negotiation of commercial terms for assigned customers
Requirements:
Strong customer focus and the ability to build productive internal and external relationships
University Education is an advantage
Advanced English
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
Analytical mindset with understanding of basic financial concepts
Proactive, action-oriented, persistent, and responsible approach
