Job Description

This is a dynamic and evolving position, offering strong exposure to high-end international clientele and complex, tailor-made charter operations. The role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to grow within a leading business aviation group, in a fast-paced, premium environment where excellence, responsiveness, and client satisfaction are key. The Key Account Executive reports directly to the Operations Director and is responsible for selling and organizing on-demand private jet charter flights, managing missions from initial client contact through to flight completion, while building long-term relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and corporate clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Developing the customer portfolio through proactive prospecting actions
  • Identifying and targeting prospective clients by researching and qualifying opportunities using industry tools, networking events, and databases
  • Initiating and maintaining client relationships through calls, emails, and meetings to understand needs and position Luxaviation One’s bespoke charter solutions
  • Building commercial offers and quotations for End Users (UHNWI and corporate companies)
  • Negotiating commercial terms and contracting tailor-made charter services
  • Preparing contractual and operational documentation (quotations, contracts, flight briefings, crew briefings)
  • Organizing and planning charter flights operated by Luxaviation Group aircraft or selected third-party operators
  • Following up mission preparation and overseeing ongoing flights from A to Z
  • Welcoming VIP passengers upon departures and arrivals, ensuring a premium client experience and long-term relationship building
  • Ensuring smooth operations during on-call duties (predefined rotation schedule)
  • Conducting operational feasibility studies (airfield suitability, firefighting services, aircraft performance, permits, etc.) in coordination with internal teams
  • Overseeing invoicing and payment follow-up for commercial operations

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in engineering, aviation, or commercial studies
  • Previous experience in business aviation charter sales is required
  • Dual expertise in sales and aviation operations is a strong asset
  • Energetic, dynamic, with a strong team spirit and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, including on-call duties
  • Ability to manage stress with discretion, courtesy, and professionalism
  • Impeccable presentation and rigorous punctuality
  • Valid driver’s license
