Our client, a dynamic and growing International Tour Operator with offices based worldwide, are currently recruiting a Key Account Executive to join their team in London. As a Key Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the US Sales team and will be a part of contributing to the overall success of the team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting the sales team in converting sales leads through effective costing and quotations for the US Market
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • Preparing and distributing sales reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and presentations for the sales team
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Essential experience within Senior Operations / Sales / Business development / Account Management role with Travel
  • Working with costings and quotations for Itineraries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills English
