Job Responsibility:

  • Manage assigned key accounts to achieve sales objectives and targets
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans for assigned accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities in both front-of-house (on-shelf sales) and back-of-house (ingredient sales) channels
  • Develop product pipelines with customers, including presentations, proposals, contracts, and supporting documentation
  • Evaluate the sales performance, trade efficiency, market situation then converts to the action plan in short-term and long-term plan
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and support business growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in key account management, sales, preferably within the Modern Trade channel
  • Experience in FMCG business
  • Experience in Food & Beverage related categories are preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership capability to manage both customer and internal team expectations
