Job Responsibility:
Manage assigned key accounts to achieve sales objectives and targets
Develop and implement strategic business development plans for assigned accounts
Identify new business opportunities in both front-of-house (on-shelf sales) and back-of-house (ingredient sales) channels
Develop product pipelines with customers, including presentations, proposals, contracts, and supporting documentation
Evaluate the sales performance, trade efficiency, market situation then converts to the action plan in short-term and long-term plan
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and support business growth initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
2-3 years of experience in key account management, sales, preferably within the Modern Trade channel
Experience in FMCG business
Experience in Food & Beverage related categories are preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership capability to manage both customer and internal team expectations
